My two favorite vegan cracker brands are:
- La Panzanella Croccantini – nine types (Whole Foods)
- Dr. Kracker – eight types but one has cheddar cheese in it (Whole Foods)
Both of these cracker brands have some great flavors. Try different ones to find your favorite – mine is La Panzanella Croccantini Whole Wheat. Of course traditional matzo bread (wheat & water) is vegan as well, but the flavor is nothing to write home about.
