Vegan Red Pepper Spread on Tortillas

I have a new, quick snack.  The red pepper spread tastes great on warm tortillas:

  1. Put a tortilla on a microwave-safe plate
  2. Spread on red pepper spread
  3. Put on a second tortilla and roll up with spread inside
  4. Heat in microwave for a minute

The second tortilla keeps the spread from popping all over the place.
